The three-member Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to conditionally approve the Ziegler minor subdivision, requiring Ziegler Drive to meet township standards if remaining lands are developed or subdivided. Supervisors Aaron Henneforth, Timothy Tuite, and Roger Swingle also unanimously adopted Resolution 2026-12 for a Qualified Retirement Plan and Supplemental Participation Agreement.
