Sterling Supervisors deny PNK conditional use extension.

PA STERLING — Sterling Township Supervisors unanimously deny conditional use extension for PNK warehouse project. The board voted 3-0 to reject the extension request, which had lapsed in 2025 and lacked a current land development agreement. Following the denial, supervisors voted unanimously to direct Solicitor Jeff Treat to send a letter explaining the township's position to PNK.

The company had purchased the property for the proposed warehouse development.
