Sterling supervisors approve subdivision, pension plan, order complaint

PA STERLING — Sterling Township supervisors order formal complaint against butcher shop on Callapoose Road. The Board voted 2-0-1 to direct Solicitor Jeff Treat to draft the complaint, with Supervisor Roger Swingle abstaining. The board unanimously approved the Ziegler minor subdivision conditionally, with improvements to Ziegler Drive required if remaining lands are developed or subdivided.

Supervisors Aaron Henneforth, Timothy Tuite, and Roger Swingle also unanimously adopted Resolution 2026-12 for the township pension plan.
