STERLING SUPERVISORS APPROVE GREENRI DEVELOPMENT, NAME EMS PROVIDER

PA STERLING — Sterling Supervisors conditionally approve GreenRI Industries land development and designate EMS provider. The three-member board unanimously approved the GreenRI Industries LLC development subject to completion of conditions outlined in a Kiley Associates review letter dated January 12, with Supervisor Timothy Tuite motioning. The board also unanimously approved component 4A for the project after sewage enforcement officer consultation.

In a related action, the supervisors designated Covington Ambulance as the township's advanced life support provider through Resolution 2026-08. The board additionally authorized the sale of surplus equipment including a 1971 John Deere Tractor and 2002 Sterling Dump Truck via online auction through Marshall Machinery.
