PA STERLING — Sterling supervisors approve PSATS pension plan and data center zoning hearing. The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Resolution 2026-10 to enter the PSATS Municipalities Trust and authorized the sale of a 2002 dump truck and Tiger flail mower through Auctions International. The supervisors scheduled a public hearing for June 8 at 5:00 p.m. on a proposed data center zoning amendment and directed staff to open paving project bids the same day.
