PA STERLING — Sterling supervisors adopt data center zoning, award paving contract. At their June 8 meeting, Supervisors Aaron Henneforth, Timothy Tuite, and Roger Swingle unanimously adopted Ordinance 2026-1 establishing data center zoning regulations and voted 3-0 to award the 2026 paving project to Wayco for $145,455.17. The board conditionally approved Minor Subdivisions for Wiggins and Henneforth pending Department of Environmental Protection review.
Supervisors also voted unanimously to donate $250 to the Historical Society of Sterling Township for its 250-year celebration.
