PA STERLING — Sterling Township Supervisors unanimously deny conditional use extension for PNK property development. The board voted 3-0 to reject the request, citing no good cause. Solicitor Jeff Treat noted the previous extension had lapsed in 2025 and there is no land development agreement with the current property owner.
The supervisors directed Treat to write a letter explaining the township's decision. In other business, the Recreation Board reported the pavilion requires landscaping and downspouts in spring, and supervisors plan to discuss grant opportunities for park lighting at an upcoming meeting.
