Planning Commission reorganizes, conditionally approves GreenRI development

PA STERLING — Sterling Planning Commission retains its leadership and approves conditional GreenRI development. The Planning Commission unanimously retained Sarah Wilmot as chairperson and Kurt Caruth as vice-chairperson in its January 13 reorganization. The body also voted to conditionally approve a land development for GreenRI Industries pending satisfaction of engineering review requirements identified by Kiley Associates, with approval forwarded to the Board of Supervisors.
