PA STERLING — Sterling planning board conditionally approves industrial park development. The Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve a land development plan for 50 Industrial Park Rd LLC, which proposes modified parking at three spaces per five beds. The approval, made by Kurt Caruth and seconded by Gary Thoman, is contingent on satisfactory completion of a Kiley Associates review letter dated February 13, 2026, and includes waivers from resource-impact and stormwater-management analysis requirements.
Engineer Lou Cozza requested comparison data showing impervious surface reduction before and after the improvements.
