PA STERLING — Sterling Township Planning Commission conditionally approves 50 Industrial Park land development plan. The five-member commission voted 5-0 to approve the 50 Industrial Park Rd LLC proposal, contingent on satisfactory completion of a Kiley Associates peer review and approval of two municipal code section waivers. The updated plans modify parking to provide 3 spaces for every 5 beds, and Township Engineer Lou Cozza requested additional plans showing reductions in impervious surface area.
The project now advances to the Board of Supervisors for further consideration.
