Planning Commission Approves Avenues Recovery Office Space Addition

PA STERLING — Sterling Planning Commission unanimously approves Avenues Recovery office expansion at industrial park. The Sterling Township Planning Commission voted 4-0 to accept the land development application for Avenues Recovery's project at 50 Industrial Park Road, which includes modular office space and lounge and rest areas. Kurt Caruth moved the motion, with Gary Thoman seconding.
The commission forwarded the application to Wayne County for review and comment.
